Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate the assessment and planning of care for individuals with brain injuries and mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Lead and direct junior staff in the delivery of high-quality care to service users.
- Participate in the development of standards for care based on evidence-based practice.
- Provide nursing reports and contribute to the safe administration of medication to service users.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff and nursing students.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
- Experience of working with individuals with brain injuries and mental health conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of the Care Programme Approach, Care Planning, and Quality and Clinical Audit.
