We are seeking an experienced and motivated culinary professional to join our team at Babysteps Nurseries as a Nursery Chef. This is a full-time opportunity to oversee the complete running of the nursery kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the complete running of the nursery kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
* Ensure a strong awareness of allergens and dietary requirements for each child, safeguarding their health and well-being
* Maintain good relationships with food suppliers and the accounting team, ensuring timely and efficient ordering and communication
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation

**Requirements**

* Strong culinary experience, preferably in a similar environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong awareness of allergens and dietary requirements

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary up to £28,000 dependent on experience and qualification
* Welcome bonus of £1000
