We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our company website platform to deliver world-class online customer experiences and accelerate digital growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the digital team to define and deliver projects that support our digital strategy and vision to grow digital sales
  • Driving the development and delivery of key business projects to improve the ecommerce website proposition, including a potential ecommerce replatform and new mobile capabilities
  • Developing new digital products and services to deliver our digital strategy, such as subscription services and bulk ordering
  • Managing the development budget for the website for improvements in conjunction with the digital team
  • Project managing the replatforming of the website to a new ecommerce platform
  • Managing the improvements and strategy around subscription selling and pre-order capabilities
  • Undertaking regular benchmarks of our proposition against key competitors and defining the key capability gaps to organize the next projects to become world-class

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practices
  • Great knowledge of mobile best practices
  • Product management qualifications would be an advantage
  • Good technical understanding of ecommerce platforms and associated technologies
  • Strong end-to-end product management skills
  • Strong drive for results - ability to get things done independently with minimum direction
  • Experience working for a multi-category general merchandise retailer is preferred
  • Several years' experience in a similar product management role with a retailer
  • Experience working on a major ecommerce replatform project

This is an exciting opportunity as we embark on a major investment programme in our ecommerce capability, including a replatform project. You will need to be able to manage a roadmap of projects to drive short-term business improvements while also managing larger, longer-term projects such as the ecommerce replatform.
