Are you a passionate and experienced care professional looking for a new challenge in residential care?

As a Registered Manager at our client's stunning medium-sized care home, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered to residents living with dementia.

You will lead and motivate your team, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the best possible care outcomes.

With full commercial control, you will work closely with the marketing team to maintain optimum occupancy and ensure cost control over fees and staffing.

You will also collaborate with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure the best standards in the home's environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are delivered
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain occupancy
  • Collaborate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams
  • Ensure cost control over fees and staffing

Requirements:

  • Passionate about providing excellent care
  • CQC registered manager with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in dementia care
  • Proven experience of managing a care team
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance
