Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at a stunning medium-sized residential/dementia care home. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff effectively, providing guidance, supervision, and support
- Recruit and onboard new staff, developing and encouraging the team
- Work with the regional support and regional manager to ensure business needs and quality/compliance criteria are met
- Cultivate good working relationships with stakeholders and collaborate to ensure outstanding service and care levels
- Have full commercial control, working closely with the marketing team to maintain optimum occupancy and cost control
- Submit regular management information reports on occupancy levels, fees, budget controls, and staffing
- Work with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure high standards in the home's environment
You will be passionate about providing excellent care and have a strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate. With at least 3 years of experience as a CQC registered manager in residential and nursing homes, you will have a proven track record of managing a care team and leading and motivating staff.
