Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Belvoir Home Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
- Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other domestic tasks
- Support clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Engage with clients in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Must have a genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact on their lives
- Must have a good level of spoken English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive safely
- Should be motivated to enrich the lives of our clients and promote their independence
- Must be able to commit to some weekend working, usually one in two
