We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Belvoir Home Care. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- A competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime
- A comprehensive induction and training program
- Ongoing support and supervision from experienced care managers
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients
- Previous experience in care work or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable adults
