Job Summary:
Bond Rec is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide critical support to our Director and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including updating report templates, checking files for completeness, and gathering data for policy reviews.
- Assist with updating advice file check sheets and adding fees and policies onto our Intelligent Office system.
- Conduct research and gather data for policy reviews, including platform due diligence.
- Support the office manager and servicing manager as needed, including covering their responsibilities in their absence.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Contribute to the development of our business by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a financial services industry role, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Intelligent Office experience is highly desirable.
