About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, including investigating safeguarding concerns, conducting statutory assessments, and collaborating with partner agencies to build effective networks of support.
  • We are looking for an experienced professional who has a good understanding of current and relevant legislation, is able to work confidently and fluently in English, and possesses a DBS disclosure.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement support plans that take into account the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.
  • Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to build effective networks of support that promote independence and well-being.
  • Manage a complex caseload, including investigating safeguarding concerns and conducting statutory assessments.
Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required for this challenging and rewarding role.
