Job Title: Head of Retail Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Retail Sales to lead our sales teams and drive revenue growth in our luxury retail showrooms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing showroom aesthetics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Manage showroom aesthetics to ensure alignment with our brand standards and current design trends
  • Lead the sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and personalized solutions
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they align with our brand goals
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback on product offerings
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
