Job Title: Head of Design

The Global Head of Retail Design will be responsible for shaping and elevating the in-store experience across all retail channels, including flagship stores and boutiques. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury retail, strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate brand identity into immersive and engaging physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate the global retail experience design strategy in alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives.
  2. Design and Visual Merchandising: Oversee the design and development of flagship stores in key markets, ensuring each location reflects the brand's luxury positioning and unique identity.
  3. Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences in luxury retail and experiential design.

Requirements:

  1. Education: BA in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design, preferred Masters of Architecture.
  2. Experience: Experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or related roles, with a significant portion spent in the luxury sector.
  3. Skills: Knowledge of Design software: Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD.
  4. Leadership and Project Management: Position requires leadership skills and project management skills; ability to execute several projects in a timely and efficient manner; must be able to follow projects from inception to completion.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills; ability to work independently and interface with Marketing, Sales, Field Teams, Merchandising, Packaging, and Creative Services departments.
