Technical Inspector

The Role
  • Conduct thorough inspections of Cavity Wall and Solid Wall Insulation installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assess and train new technicians to maintain exceptional installation standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to our network of approved installing companies.
  • Monitor and motivate installers to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
  • Produce detailed inspection reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
The Person
  • Proven experience as a BBA Approved Cavity Wall Insulation Technician.
  • A strong understanding of industry standards, particularly PAS2030/35.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve and implement practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems for reporting and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
