We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our culinary team at Covent Garden Hotel. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across different kitchen sections.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen by efficiently completing assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen activities and menu development.
  • Uphold the presentation and taste quality of dishes as per Firmdale standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop culinary skills in a high-energy setting.
