Job Title: Highway Maintenance Engineer

Carrington West is recruiting for an experienced Highway Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising activities and ensuring the delivery of various works, including carriageway patching, surface dressing preparation, footway works, and carriageway resurfacing.

The successful candidate will have experience in highway maintenance engineering and a strong understanding of highway maintenance and repair techniques. They will also possess excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues on site.

Key responsibilities include marking up highway maintenance work, supervising maintenance work to ensure quality and safety standards, assisting in the delivery of carriageway patching and resurfacing, and preparing for surface dressing and footway works. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly.
