Trade Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
As a Trade Maintenance Specialist, you will have a proven track record of successfully completing maintenance tasks, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient completion of work. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a trade maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs.
- To respond to emergency call-outs and complete urgent maintenance work.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- To continually improve maintenance processes and procedures.
