Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at The Pensions Ombudsman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate HR records, and coordinating training sessions.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role sits within the Corporate Services Directorate, providing professional support to the organization. Key duties include:

  • Managing the onboarding process of new employees, including issuing offer letters, contracts, and new starter forms.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the HR information system, updating existing staff records, and setting up new staff profiles.
  • Coordinating and supporting Learning and Development (L&D) and Performance reviews.
  • Assisting with the coordination of recruitment activity, including responding to emails and escalating tasks as required.
  • Providing wider HR administrative support, including data presentation and training coordination.
