About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market-leading products and be able to confidently recommend custom-fit routines to meet individual client needs
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to make a positive impact on our clients' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work variable shifts and meet the needs of our clients
  • Previous retail industry experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
