Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role
Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing organizational requirements to define software and systems specifications
- Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure system performance and service continuity
- Contributing to the technical design, implementation, and support of advanced software, hardware platforms, and cloud services
- Ensuring compliance with organizational security procedures and protocols
- Leading the preparation of technical plans and ensuring the assignment of appropriate technical resources
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies
- Proficiency with Azure networking, server, storage, and application management
- Experience with SaaS platforms like Mimecast, Varonis, and Cisco Umbrella
- Skilled in HP/Dell Server, SAN/NAS storage solutions, and VMware vSphere
- Knowledge of Backup & Recovery technologies (Veeam, Avamar, Zerto)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and firewall technologies
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
