Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex, high-impact projects that drive business results. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, able to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, guiding them to achieve project objectives and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, while resolving project-related issues to minimize impact on project success.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting financial targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives in the financial sector. Proven success in managing projects with budgets exceeding £5 million and multi-year timelines.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, PgMP, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
  • Skills: Deep expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Clarity PPM). Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Salary and Benefits

Luxoft offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
