Job Description

You will help us deliver critical insights and innovative solutions to our customers. This role ensures our global animal health mission: Enabling animal health to deliver a more sustainable and safer food supply, worldwide.

After intensive training on products, Dairy Hygiene, Biosecurity, and our Animal Health approach, you will be responsible for sales management of our Partners in your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Budget of the Animal Health Accounts in UK, aiming for double-digit growth rates.
  • Improve the skills of the sales teams and technical team from local partners through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
  • Provide technical support by answering all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, proposing solutions (with support from our Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management teams).
  • Offer commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our Customer service team.
  • You will report to the UKIE Global Animal Health Divisional Manager, establishing your action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies. You will introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An in-depth knowledge of animal production/farming, specifically dairy production or the health/nutritional field.
  • A minimum third-level qualification in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • Dynamic working experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel 60% of your time within your territory.
  • Based in central England, with the ability to travel and stay in other areas as required.
