About the Role:As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail customers. You'll work closely with customers to understand their travel and currency needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
You'll be the face of Travelex, working in a fast-paced retail environment and handling large amounts of cash and currency on a daily basis. You'll need to be numerically proficient, IT savvy, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
