About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading provider of foreign exchange services. You will be working closely with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements, tailoring their experience based on their destination.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency needs
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
  • Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Daily online FX requests and deliveries require your attention to detail
  • You will implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who is numerically proficient, IT savvy, and has excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail is essential, as well as the drive and vision to succeed in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour + monthly bonus, flexible hours and shift patterns to suit a variety of lifestyles.
