Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our Accounts Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales ledger, including invoicing, credit control, and debt recovery.
  • Process and reconcile purchase ledger transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of management accounts and other financial reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
