Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive accurate financial reporting and provide effective contractual control for our clients' bespoke projects.

About the Role:
  • Provide detailed financial reports and commercial control on allocated contracts.
  • Manage costing activities, measure completed works, and produce necessary site records for cost reporting.
  • Evaluate compliance with contractual obligations and best practices throughout all project phases.

About You:

  • You have experience running your own projects as Lead Quantity Surveyor.
  • You hold a solid understanding of construction techniques, with a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related subject.
  • RICS Membership is preferred, but not essential.
  • You possess strong experience in producing site records for financial reporting and interim/final account payments.
  • You are proficient in relevant systems and software.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
