We are seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to drive accurate financial reporting and provide effective contractual control for bespoke projects in the £5-£40 million range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage costing activities, measure completed works, and produce site records for cost reporting and interim/final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and best practices throughout project phases.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver successful projects. With a strong understanding of construction techniques and a BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, you will be well-equipped to handle complex projects.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
