Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Bespoke Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of financial activities, including payroll processing, bank account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile 10 bank accounts, encompassing 4 currencies
* Assist in intercompany reconciliation
* Undertake ad-hoc duties at the request of the Group Financial Controller
* Accurately record and produce weekly, monthly, and salaried payroll
* Generation and posting of Payroll Journals for month-end reporting
* Precise calculation and submission of P11D/Annual leave accruals
* Monitoring the Payroll Email box, and handling queries effectively
* Assistance with end-of-year accounts preparation

Requirements:

* Good, rounded transactional finance experience
* Previous experience in managing complex payroll processes
* MUST HAVE Familiarity with Sage payroll systems
* Adaptability to changing payroll ledger sizes
* Experience in onboarding new payroll systems/acquisitions is desirable
