Job Description

As an Asset and Systems Coordinator at Vis-A-Vis Video Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory and production systems.


Main Responsibilities

Stock Management:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for video equipment, accessories, and consumables.
  • Oversee the safe storage and maintenance of all equipment, ensuring it is production-ready at all times.

System Administration:

  • Manage and update inventory and asset management software.
  • Collaborate with technical and production teams to forecast equipment needs and ensure timely procurement.

Logistics and Operations:

  • Coordinate the distribution and return of equipment for shoots.
  • Track and document repairs or service needs, liaising with suppliers and service providers.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role (preferably in a video production or media environment).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with video production equipment is a strong advantage.

Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
