United Response is seeking an experienced Team Manager to support our services in Totnes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, and contribute to the development of our services.

We're offering a competitive salary of £15,777.60 per annum (pro-rata), based on a 25-hour working week, plus a welcome bonus of £250 for new starters in Devon. Your total earnings could reach £16,027.60 per annum, depending on your hours worked.
