In this SEN Support Worker role, you will play a vital part in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

About Teaching Personnel

We work closely with primary and secondary SEN schools across Preston and surrounding areas, providing skilled support staff to ensure the best care and education for their pupils.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Students: Assist students in their learning activities and personal development.
  • Promoting Well-being: Encourage pupils' social and emotional well-being.
  • Maintaining a Safe Environment: Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
  • EHCP Implementation: Assist with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Requirements
  • Experience Required: Supporting children or adults in an educational setting or elsewhere.
  • Familiarity with SEN: Familiarity with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
