At WB Power Services Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a leading generator specialist in the UK, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions and services to our clients.

The Role

  • Lead a team of project managers and other essential staff to ensure project success and excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that align with our business strategy and support our growth objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and allocation of project budgets, ensuring effective resource management and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment, project progression, and timely delivery.
  • Implement risk management processes to effectively mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Make critical decisions related to project governance, budget adjustments, and resource allocation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients and our business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within the generator or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CPD being highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects to completion, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
