As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our SIP systems and carrier management strategies, driving business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in implementing geo-redundant voice switching systems and carrier management systems, ensuring our organisation can maximise its carrier and voice service portfolio. In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing new international routing dial plans based on Least-Cost Routing">
  • Deploying new voice edge-nodes to optimise traffic distribution">
