You will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience, educating, inspiring, and delighting them. Your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills will enable you to lead by example, while carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications:
- About You:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- You will have a passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- You will have an approachable and friendly personality.
- Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs is essential.
- Flexible availability across days and hours is required.
- You will need to provide proof of your right to live and work in the country.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
