Job Summary
">- We are seeking an experienced Nursing Team Leader to join our bank team and lead by example, demonstrating outstanding leadership skills and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care.
The Role
">- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Supervise and mentor care assistants to ensure seamless delivery of daily care tasks and promote resident independence.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve care services, driving continuous quality improvement.
- Provide exceptional support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Your Skills and Qualifications
">- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience is desirable.
- You will be highly organized, IT literate, and possess excellent delegation and allocation skills.
- A proven track record of leading and supervising others is essential.
- Strong understanding of care planning processes and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training is required.
- Above all, you will possess a natural ability to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
