Philanthropy Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Charity Fundraising Executive in Stoke on Trent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in project/event management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for building local relationships with businesses and community groups, as well as organising and delivering fundraising events throughout the year. This includes project managing our annual Mission Christmas campaign in the Staffordshire and Cheshire region.
The role requires strong networking skills, both in-person and virtually, to establish relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. The individual must also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to deliver financial targets.
Our team is passionate, fun, and committed to helping children and young people in need. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, and flexible holidays.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
