Job Overview

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Deal with customer complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Interpret customer comments and concerns to provide accurate and helpful solutions
  • Liaise with customers and keep them updated on the status of their service activities
Requirements:
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Prior experience in a similar role or the motor trade industry is highly desirable
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Results-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
