Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Macmillan Davies Hodes. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a tangible impact within HR.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing employee relations cases independently within a commercial environment. You will be proficient with HRIS systems and possess strong attention to detail in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administration and advisory support on processes such as onboarding, offboarding, changes in terms, holiday management, benefits, and salary/bonus adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS, ensuring the integrity of all records.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes, policies, and documentation to align with best practices and legal standards.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.
