About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing/ Production Engineer to join our team in a well-established manufacturer supplying specialist products worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, working across departments to assist manufacturing, and supporting the operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a problem solver for day-to-day issues, such as quality issues in production, and process improvement by getting involved in the design and development of manufacturing processes.
- Support the operations team by working with assemblers, operators, and CAD.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Work across departments to assist manufacturing and support the operations team.
- Background in manufacturing/ production engineering.
- Worked in the manufacturing industry.
- CAD experience beneficial but not required.
