This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects aimed at improving productivity, product quality, and efficiency. You will be working closely with our cross-functional business team to ensure seamless daily production schedules while implementing innovative solutions to meet customer demands.
- Support the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure Design for Manufacturability and support DVT and Pre-Production phases.
- Lead new product introductions into manufacturing processes and develop strategies to improve product quality and labour efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a 5S Factory System to promote a clean and organized workspace.
