Food Safety and Quality Manager

At MorePeople, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Food Safety and Quality Manager. The successful candidate will assist the Technical Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to grow and develop within our company. We offer a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum, along with opportunities for career advancement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Completion of technical information for internal and external reports.
- Conduct daily taste panels and record results.
- Log laboratory samples for microbiological, nutritional, pesticide, heavy metal, and shelf-life analysis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proactive attitude. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will contribute to customer complaints investigations and support the generation of quality statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
