Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Nursing Professional to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young people with rare and complex conditions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as a skilled member of the nursing team to provide holistic, family-centered care to children, young people, and their families.
- Promote family-centered care and establish good relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
- Take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, following achievement of required competence.
- Adopt the principles of the NHS Chief Nursing Officers' vision for Compassion in Practice.
