**Job Summary:** Clinical Nursing Professional
**Location:** Fortius Clinic
**Salary Range:** £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nursing Professional to join our team at Fortius Clinic. As a Clinical Nursing Professional, you will provide specialist nursing care to patients admitted to our ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled practical nursing care to patients with a range of conditions
- Participate in the monitoring of patient care and evaluation of individualised care plans
- Administer treatments and care to patients following Fortius policies and protocols
- Meet legal and statutory requirements, including Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations
- Provide support and training to other members of staff
- Take ownership for the delivery of patient care and take charge of the nursing department in the absence of senior staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a private hospital or NHS setting
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts
- Relevant orthopaedic experience and knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct
- Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems
- Basic understanding of patient care issues in day surgery
