Our organization, ABR International AB, is seeking an exceptional Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Dumbarton. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and other mental health challenges.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a caring and empathetic individual who can provide daily living support, manage finances, and assist with medication administration. You will work closely with a small group of individuals, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous package, we also provide opportunities for professional development and career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily living support, including meal preparation and personal care
  • Assisting with medication administration and managing finances
  • Supporting individuals with autism and other mental health challenges

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or mental health challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
