Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Modeller to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our modelling team, you will be responsible for building and developing models on modelling software, analysing and working on data sources to ensure we evaluate network performance and the impact of change at pipe and system levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and developing models on modelling software.
  • Analysing and working on data sources to ensure we evaluate network performance and the impact of change at pipe and system levels.
  • Be able to be reactive to find solutions to issues that arise.
  • Plan and supervise asset and flow surveys and field investigations.
  • Provide technical support to the broader business as required.
  • Be able to build and deliver reports on data and modelling you have been responsible for.

Requirements

  • Hold a STEM (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) related degree.
  • Know how to use modelling software to complete modelling tasks, preferably ICM software. (building and maintaining models, performance analysis, pioneering)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary paying between £40,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
