Job Title: Wastewater Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wastewater Director to lead our wastewater network and process models, influencing strategy and planning through crucial asset information.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and set out the scope of wastewater modelling requirements, including the most appropriate type of model and the systems to be modelled.
  2. Using hydraulic and process models, work with colleagues to identify regional and system risks and where we need to make our asset base more resilient.
  3. Understand the longer-term requirements of our customers, stakeholders, and regulators and any gaps between these and our current performance, sharing the output with strategy and planning colleagues.
  4. Work with Operational teams to understand key medium to longer-term needs.
Requirements:
  1. Hold an engineering, environmental or asset management degree or previous work-related background.
  2. People management exposure.
  3. Able to build and develop projects against business objectives.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
  • Car allowance of £5,800.
  • 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
