We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Associate to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with children with special educational needs and disabilities in a dynamic learning environment.

As an SEN Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to plan and support children with special needs, helping them reach their full potential in a caring and professional manner. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding at all times.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to help children build confidence and self-esteem
  • Engaging in play and youth activities, including swimming, ball games, messy play, and music, to promote social and emotional development
  • Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders
