About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Katalysysts Consulting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients who have long term respiratory conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care and supporting the delivery of our Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) service. You will also perform capillary blood gas sampling to assess patient suitability for Long term Oxygen Therapy (LTOT).

About the Job Description

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to patients with long term respiratory conditions, working within a friendly and quality-driven team in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Capillary Blood Gas Sampling: Perform capillary blood gas sampling to assess patient suitability for LTOT, interpreting results and considering available prescription options.
  • Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation: Support the delivery of our PR service, empowering individuals to lead independent and healthier lives.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
