We are looking for a dedicated Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Active Care Group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a client who requires assistance with daily living tasks due to a recent stroke.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also need to be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, which includes assisting the client with mobility exercises and activities.

About the Client:

Our client enjoys getting out and about in his mobility car, likes going to a café, looking at art, and enjoys photography and going to the cinema. He requires support with gaining his mobility back and there will be exercises from his physio therapist to be completed daily.

About the Role:

  • Support a client with mobility issues in their own home
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking meals from scratch
  • Drive the client's vehicle to enable them to access the community
  • Provide companionship and support to the client

Requirements:

  • Somebody who is enthusiastic and empathetic
  • Somebody who is fit for mobility challenges
  • Full UK Drivers licence essential
