- Coordinate recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the hiring needs of multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Market Insights & Advisory:
- Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends within their industry.
- Offer advice on talent acquisition strategies, diversity hiring, and workforce planning.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the recruitment industry.
- A deep understanding of recruitment practices, talent acquisition, and the hiring lifecycle.
- Experience in managing multiple clients and accounts simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in recruitment software, Job Boards, CRM tools, and MS Office.
