    • Ensure that client requirements are met efficiently by collaborating with internal recruitment consultants.
    • Regularly update clients on recruitment progress, providing reports and insights on hiring trends.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Manage the hiring needs of multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Market Insights & Advisory:
    • Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends within their industry.
    • Offer advice on talent acquisition strategies, diversity hiring, and workforce planning.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the recruitment industry.
  • A deep understanding of recruitment practices, talent acquisition, and the hiring lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in recruitment software, Job Boards, CRM tools, and MS Office.
