Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and take ownership of facilities management across our sites in Peterborough and Cambridge. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for delivering excellent service, building strong relationships, and championing health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver maintenance and operations services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained through RAMs and site audits.
  • Work closely with customers to deliver innovative solutions for their needs.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in building services, including HVAC, M&E, and control systems.
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and fostering collaboration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems.
  • Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND, SMSTS, IOSH.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
