We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Space Station Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our development and fit-out programs.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and drive workstreams on defined development projects, controlling the program of works and contractors on site.
- Assist with analysis and negotiation of costs for tenders and contracts.
- Ensure all work conforms to design specifications, regulatory standards, and meets Space Station's expectations.
- Deal with contractors, building control, and CDM as required.
- Review and comment on the value of works being completed during project construction.
- Enforce strict safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and review contractor RAMS.
- Act as the champion for Space Station's interests throughout a capital project's lifecycle.
- Previous project management experience.
- Ideal experience with Procore Project management software.
- Microsoft Office and MS Project proficiency.
- Demonstrable skills in site and contractor supervision and direction.
- Adaptability in reacting to fast-moving environments and multitasking.
- Ability to make decisions within defined parameters to ensure efficient site progress.
- Advanced budgetary awareness to ensure cost control.
- Advanced programming skills to drive on-site performance.
- A can-do attitude and creativity to enhance delivery targets.
